What we walked into.
Stellar Ledger had a working spreadsheet and a waitlist of 800 founders. They needed to turn the sheet into a product without losing the thing founders liked about it: it gave a straight answer in under a minute.
The approach.

Rebuilt the data model in Postgres with row-level security so each founder only ever sees their own data.

Wrote resilient Stripe and Plaid webhook handlers with an idempotent replay tool — zero lost events in three months of production.

Designed a calm, information-dense dashboard that a sleep-deprived founder can read on a phone.
- 04
Shipped a monthly-digest email that summarises the dashboard in three sentences, which is how most users now read it.
What actually changed.
We sent the beta to 50 founders on a Friday. By Monday, 31 had hooked up Stripe and Plaid. That does not happen with most B2B tools. Delve Dots got the onboarding flow right.
